What is Buzz?
Buzz is a hyper-fast delivery service based in Switzerland. We deliver a range of daily essentials to your door in just 15 minutes. From snacks and drinks to pantry staples and beauty products, we deliver what you need, when you need it.
How does it work?
It’s simple, download the Buzz app (available on both iOS and Android), create your account, and place your order in just a few taps. Then, sit back, relax, and wait for the Buzz.
Where does Buzz deliver?
We currently deliver to the 1201 post code of Geneva, with more areas coming soon! Check out our website for more information on our delivery radius.
When is Buzz open?
Our opening hours are currently as follows:
- Monday – Saturday: 12:00 – 22:00
- Sunday: Closed
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery fee is fixed at CHF2.90, always.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Nope! You can order as little or as much as you’d like.
Do you charge for the bags?
We don’t charge for our bags, but please recycle them! You can also hand your Buzz bags back to our riders and we’ll recycle them for you.
Can I tip the delivery rider?
After your order is completed, you’ll receive a notification asking you to rate your experience. You’ll then have the opportunity to tip your rider directly through the app.
Is there a limit to the number of products I can order?
Are you trying to break our backs? To keep our riders safe, we place weight and volume limits on all orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
What do I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Get in touch with our support team via our app or website and we’ll make it right.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
What payment methods does Buzz accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards.
How do I add a card to my account?
It’s easy, just head over to the settings page and tap ‘Payment Methods’. From there, you’ll be able to add new cards to your account and manage your saved payment methods.
Can I pay with cash?
In the interest of maximizing contact-free deliveries we do not accept cash payment.
How do I use promo codes?
Got a promo code? Lucky you. Head over to the settings page and tap ‘Promo Codes’. From there you’ll be able to add your promo code which will then be automatically applied at checkout. Alternatively, you can enter promo codes directly at checkout.
How long does Buzz take to deliver?
We aim to deliver all orders within 15 minutes of receiving them, but our riders will never risk their safety just to hit that target.
How does Buzz deliver?
Our riders deliver via e-bikes and e-scooters.
Can I track my rider?
Of course! Once your rider is on their way, you’ll be able to track them along their journey via the order tracking page in the app.
Does Buzz deliver to outdoor areas e.g. parks?
Picnic in the park? Nice. Forgot the bottle opener? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We deliver to any location in our delivery radius, indoor or outdoor. Just be sure to note your specific location when placing your order so that our rider can easily find you.
Does Buzz deliver alcohol and tobacco?
You must be 18 or older to order alcohol and tobacco from us. Our rider will verify your age and identity upon delivery (even if you’ve requested a contactless delivery). Please be aware that if our rider is unable to verify your age and identity then all alcohol and tobacco products will be withheld from delivery (you will receive a refund for these items).
Can I contact the rider?
Once your rider is on the way you can contact them directly by pressing the ‘Contact Rider’ button on the order tracking page.
How can I check if Buzz delivers to my area?
You can see our full delivery radius on our website. You can also try adding a new address to your account via our app and we’ll let you know if you’re within our radius.
How do I create an account?
Download our app (available on both iOS and Android), then simply select a sign-up option and follow the on-screen instructions.
How does Buzz save and process my data?
How do I manage notifications and marketing communications?
You can manage your notification and communication preferences by tapping ‘Notifications’ on the settings page.
How do I update my information?
Head over to the settings page and tap ‘My Details’. From there, you’ll be able to update information like name, e-mail address, phone number, and password.

Can I rate my orders?
We’re always striving to improve our service and we’d love to hear from you. After your order is completed, you’ll receive a notification asking you to rate your experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to tip your rider directly through the app. Feel free to also rate our app in the App Store or the Google Play Store.
